As Director of Policy and Constituent Services for Mayor Bob DaSilva of East Providence, André oversees constituent affairs to ensure the highest level of responsive service to residents and businesses, while also managing intergovernmental relations as the primary liaison with city council, state, local, and federal leaders. Through close collaboration with elected officials and community stakeholders, he advances effective policies, fosters trust in local government, and strengthens East Providence's commitment to its people.
